Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can white corn - 1 item
- can tiny peas - 1 item
- medium jar pimentos - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Dressing:1/2 c. salad oil1/2 c. vinegar3/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper Drain and wash vegetables. Heat dressing to boiling. Let cook until warm. Pour over vegetables and let stand for 24 hours. Drain and serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
