Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- chopped peppers - 1/2 c
- medium jar pimentos - 1 item
- can LeSueur baby peas - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Marinade:1 c. sugar3/4 c. oil1/2 c. vinegar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper Drain vegetables; set aside. Heat together the marinade ingredients. Pour over drained vegetables. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
