Marinated vegetables
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- jar chopped pimientos, drained - 1 oz
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can white Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 oz
- can small English peas, drained - 1 oz
How to make marinated vegetables:
Bring to boil the sugar, pepper, salt, oil and vinegar. Mix all vegetables together. Pour liquid mixture over vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
