- honey - 1/2 c
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- brandy - 1/4 c
- center cut pork loin roast - 1 item
How to make marinated pork roast:
Bake roast in 325° oven for 35 minutes per pound, marinating every 15 minutes with mixture of honey, brandy and ginger. Roast will be easier to carve if you have butcher cut out the bone.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
