Marinated baked chicken breasts
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chicken breasts - 12 item
- celery salt - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire - 4 tsp
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- clove garlic, mashed - 1 item
- soda cracker crumbs
How to make marinated baked chicken breasts:
Combine the first 8 ingredients. Add chicken, coating well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Remove chicken from sauce. Roll in crumbs and arrange in shallow pan. Melt margarine. Spoon half of it over chicken. Bake at 300° for 1 hour. Spoon rest of margarine over chicken and bake 45 minutes more. Serves 12.
