  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • macaroni and cheese dinner - 1 pkg
  • jar pimento, drained and diced - 1 item

How to make macaroni salad:

Cook macaroni following package directions. Drain. Return macaroni to pan and immediately stir contents of cheese packet into hot macaroni. Blend well. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with macaroni. Toss with fork and season to taste.
