Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- lime Jell-O
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- medium can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make lime salad:
Dissolve Jell-O as directed on package. Add pineapple and cool until half jelled. Whip with hand mixer; add cream cheese. Beat until fairly smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
