Lime salad

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• boiling water
• miniature marshmallows - 20 diced
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
• lime jello - 1 pkg
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• pecans, chopped - 1 c

How to make lime salad:

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Dissolve jello in hot water. Drop marshmallows in jello, stirring until well dissolved; let cool. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise to cream cheese. Combine with jello mixture. Add pineapple and nuts; chill.

To make more attractive, a red cherry may be placed in the center of each serving.
