Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 9 item
- egg whites - 9 item
- lemon juice - 1 c
- rind of 3 lemons
How to make lemon souffle:
Mix sugar, flour and rind. Beat egg yolks and milk. Add to sugar mixture. Then add lemon juice. Beat egg whites very stiff and fold into liquid mixture very carefully. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a tray of water until brown at 350°. CoRecipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Low in....
