Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 3 c
- flour
- stick margarine - 1 item
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- cream cheese room temperature - 8 oz
- instant lemon pudding - 2 pkg
- additional Cool Whip for garnish - 1 item
- chopped walnuts or coconut for garnish - 1 item
How to make lemon dessert:
Crust:1 1/4 c. flour2 Tbsp. sugar1 stick margarine1/2 c. chopped walnuts Crust: Mix flour, sugar and margarine until blended, using pastry blender or food processor. Stir in walnuts. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350° ovenRecipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Weeknight.
