  • lemon juice
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
  • lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
  • carton Cool Whip lite or regular - 1 oz

How to make lemon cookies:

Mix by hand the cake mix and Cool Whip. Mix all the ingredients; it will be very sticky. Use two spoons to drop a teaspoon-sized ball of dough into a bowl (approximately 1 cup) of powdered sugar. Cover the ball of dough with xxx sugar and drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes at 350°.
