- sugar - 1/3 c
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- sifted flour
- finely chopped walnuts - 2 Tbsp
- egg white - 1 item
- egg yolks, well beaten - 3 item
- sesame seed optional - 1 item
- anise seed optional - 1 item
- rosewater - 1 Tbsp
How to make lebanese cookies:
Cream butter, add sugar and beaten egg yolks. Beat until light. Add milk, salt and enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
