Ingredients/Components
- 4 oz - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 4 item
- Ranch salad dressing mix - 1 pkg
- slices bacon, fried crisp and diced - 12 item
- medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings - 1 item
- frozen English peas, uncooked - 1 pkg
- large head lettuce, broken into bite-sized pieces - 1 item
- green or yellow bell pepper, diced - 1/2 item
How to make layered lettuce salad:
Layer the first 6 ingredients in a 12 x 9 x 2-inch serving dish. Combine mayonnaise and dressing mix. Spread on top, sealing vegetables below. Top with grated cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle on diced bacon before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pork.
