Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- water - 1/2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- lasagna noodles, cooked and drained - 8 oz
- oregano leaves - 1 tsp
How to make lasagna:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. In an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, layer half of the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
