Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 lb
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs, diced - 2 item
- slices bacon, crisp and crumbled - 8 item
- small can bean sprouts, drained and chilled - 1 item
How to make korean salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. salad oil1/4 c. vinegar1/2 c. ketchup1/2 c. sugar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. salt1 large onion, chopped Combine spinach, bacon, eggs and bean sprouts. Can be done ahead of time. Toss with dressing (use all of it). Spinach will "wilt" as dressing is added.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
