Italian dressing
Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- low-sodium chicken broth - 1/2 c
- Dijon or spicy brown mustard - 1 Tbsp
- each: dried oregano and basil, crumbled - 1/2 tsp
How to make italian dressing:
Place all the ingredients into a 1/2-pint screw-top jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously to blend. Store the dressing in the refrigerator and shake well before each use. Makes 3/4 cup.Recipe categories: Salads, Salad dressings, Italian.
