Hot pineapple casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- sifted flour - 6 Tbsp
- 1/2 sticks melted butter - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- pineapple juice - 6 Tbsp
- cans chunk pineapple - 2 oz
- 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make hot pineapple casserole:
Mix together in 1 bowl the drained pineapple and cheese. In another bowl mix flour, pineapple juice and sugar. Pour this over the pineapple and cheese mixture; toss until well coated. Pour this into a 2-quart casserole dish. Melt butter and crumble crackers; mix together and spread on top of the mixture.
