  • eggs - 6 item
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 2/3 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onions - 3/4 c
  • chopped bacon - 1 lb
  • medium potatoes red potatoes are nice - 6 item

How to make hot german potato salad:

Cook potatoes in boiling water. Peel and dice. Add vinegar and seasonings. Fry bacon until crisp. Cook eggs 4 minutes. Combine potatoes, bacon, 4 tablespoons bacon fat, soft-cooked eggs and onions. Keep warm until served.
