Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 item
  • can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
  • can applesauce - 1 item
  • can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 item
  • can apricots, drained - 1 item

How to make hot fruit salad:

Layer fruit and pie filling in a casserole dish in the order given. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together; sprinkle over the top. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes. Serve hot. This is quick and easy and especially good for brunch on cool fall mornings.

(Use the canned fruits that all contain approximately 20 ounces.)
