Horseradish sauce

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• margarine - 1/2 c
• prepared horseradish - 1/2 c
• hot beef broth - 1 c
• onion sour cream - 1/4 c

How to make horseradish sauce:

Melt margarine and stir in flour. Slowly add broth, stirring. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer until thickened. Do not boil.
