Heavenly hash cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- pecans
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- marshmallows, cut in half
- Melt oleo and cocoa and add to egg-flour mixture
How to make heavenly hash cake:
Combine eggs, sugar, salt, flour and vanilla. Melt oleo and cocoa and add to egg-flour mixture. Add pecan pieces. Pour into greased 8 x 14-inch pan and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. When done, remove from oven. Place marshmallow halves on top of cooked cake. Ice.Icing:1/2 stick oleo1/3 c. cocoa1 lb. powdered sugar pinch of salt1 tsp. vanilla1/3 c. milk Combine ingredients; mix until smooth.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
