Hamburger harvest casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- sliced green pepper - 1 item
- thinly sliced potatoes - 2 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- minced onions - 1 c
- 2 can tomatoes 2 1/2 lb
- frozen, cut corn, thawed out to separate - 1 pkg
- frozen limas, thawed out to separate - 1 pkg
- grated process American Cheddar cheese 1 lb
How to make hamburger harvest casserole:
Heat oven. Combine chuck, onions, tomatoes, Worcestershire and salt. Put into 1-inch layers in a 3-quart casserole. Place in layers the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper. Bake at 375°, covered, 45 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
