  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • sliced green pepper - 1 item
  • thinly sliced potatoes - 2 c
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • minced onions - 1 c
  • 2 can tomatoes 2 1/2 lb
  • frozen, cut corn, thawed out to separate - 1 pkg
  • frozen limas, thawed out to separate - 1 pkg
  • grated process American Cheddar cheese 1 lb

How to make hamburger harvest casserole:

Heat oven. Combine chuck, onions, tomatoes, Worcestershire and salt. Put into 1-inch layers in a 3-quart casserole. Place in layers the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper. Bake at 375°, covered, 45 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
