  • orange juice - 1 c
  • unsweetened pineapple juice - 4 c
  • apple cider - 4 c
  • whole cloves - 1 tsp
  • can apricot nectar - 1 oz
  • 3-inch sticks cinnamon - 2 item
  • whole cardamon seed, crushed - 1/4 tsp

How to make golden wassail:

Mix juices in at least 20-cup electric percolator. Place rest of ingredients in basket. Perk as for coffee. Serve hot. Yield: Twenty 1/2-cup servings.
