Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • water
  • apricot nectar - 12 oz
  • apple cider - 1 gal
  • whole cloves - 1 tsp
  • large can unsweetened pineapple juice - 1 item
  • whole allspice - 1 tsp
  • inches stick cinnamon - 6 item

How to make golden wassail:

Place juice in percolator. Place spices and brown sugar in basket. Allow to go through perk cycle or put apple cider, brown sugar and spices in saucepan. Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes. Add juices and heat.
