Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • orange juice - 1 c
  • unsweetened pineapple juice - 4 c
  • apple cider - 4 c
  • whole cloves - 1 tsp
  • can apricot nectar - 1 oz
  • 3-inch sticks cinnamon - 2 item
  • whole cardamom seeds, crushed - 1/4 tsp

How to make wassail:

Pour juices into 20-cup electric percolator. Place remaining ingredients in basket. Allow to go through perk cycle. Serve hot. Yield: 20 (1/2 cup) servings.
