Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
  • mashed bananas 2 bananas - 1 c
  • carton strawberries small - 10 oz

How to make frozen fruit salad:

Soften cream cheese and add bananas. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into paper baking cups which have been placed in muffin tins. Freeze. When frozen, remove from tins and place in plastic bags and return to freezer. Serve as a salad or dessert. Serves 24.

These are good for a bridal party (pale pink).
