  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter
  • sliced peaches - 4 c
  • pie crust for double-crust 9-inch pie

How to make fresh peach pie:

Heat oven to 425°. Gently mix peaches, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Pour into crust-lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust and make small slits in crust. Seal crusts together and flute.

Cover edge with aluminum foil strip to prevent overbrowning. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is brown and juice bubbles through crust slits. Serve warm.
