  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • diced apples, peeled any kind - 4 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix diced apples and sugar thoroughly. Add oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients together and then add to apple mixture. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch or angel cake pan (line with waxed paper). Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
