- Marinade:1 medium onion, chopped
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- plain nonfat yogurt - 1/2 c
- ground cumin - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper white - 1/2 tsp
How to make flank steak:
Marinade:1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt2 Tbsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper (white) Marinate flank steak in all ingredients in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
