  • Marinade:1 medium onion, chopped

  • plain nonfat yogurt - 1/2 c
  • ground cumin - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper white - 1/2 tsp

How to make flank steak:

Marinade:1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt2 Tbsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper (white) Marinate flank steak in all ingredients in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Grill steak 4-inches from hot coals for 8 minutes. Turn, baste and grill 8 to 12 minutes longer for medium doneness.
