  • all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
  • plain nonfat yogurt - 1 c
  • chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
  • ground cumin - 1/4 tsp
  • yellow cornmeal - 1 c
  • jar diced pimento, drained - 1 oz

How to make confetti cornbread:

Heat oil in an 8-inch cast-iron or 8-inch square pan in a 400° oven for 5 minutes. Combine cornmeal and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture. Set aside. Combine yogurt, egg and pimento. Add to dry ingredients,
