  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • honey - 3 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 3/4 c
  • ground ginger
  • garlic salt
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • onion, chopped fine - 1 c
  • to 2 flank steaks - 1 item

How to make flank steak:

Place flank steak in shallow baking dish (laying flat). Mix all ingredients together, pour over steak and refrigerate; letting it marinate all day, turning occasionally. Barbecue or broil each side until desired doneness. Carve diagonally into thin slices and serve with your favorite salad, crusty bread and baked potatoes. Yields 3 servings per steak.
