- dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese 2 oz - 1/2 c
- ground cumin - 1/4 tsp
- dried oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
- tortillas - 8 item
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese 8 oz - 2 c
- glove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Mix Monterey Jack cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, onion, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper; reserve.
