Creamy pumpkin dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- box powdered sugar, sifted - 1 oz
How to make creamy pumpkin dip:
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar and beat well. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve immediately or cover and chill. Serve with gingersnap cookies. Yield: 5 cups.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Dips.
