Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- celery, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- crab
- envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
- onion, firmly chopped - 1/4 c
How to make crab salad:
Mix cream cheese and tomato soup over low heat until cheese melts. Dissolve Knox gelatine in 1/8 cup cold water and add to cheese and tomato soup mixture while it is still warm. Then add rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve with party rye or Ritz crackers.Recipe categories: Salads, Shellfish, Crab.
