  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • small marshmallows - 1 c
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • cream cheese 3 oz - 2 pkg
  • Classic Coke - 12 oz
  • cherry gelatin 3 oz - 2 pkg

How to make coke salad:

Bring Coke to boil. Dissolve gelatin in cola. Drain pineapple and add enough cold water to pineapple juice to equal 2 cups. Add diluted pineapple juice to gelatin mixture and put in refrigerator. When gelatin mixture is partially congealed, add cream cheese that has been grated very finely, pecans, marshmallows and pineapple. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
