Coffee liqueur



  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • packed brown sugar
  • vanilla extract - 1/2 bean,
  • water - 2 c
  • instant coffee - 1/2 c
  • vodka - 3 c

How to make coffee liqueur:

Combine 2 sugars and 2 cups water. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Stir in coffee. Cool. Pour in tall jug or jar. Add vodka and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Cover and let stand at least 2 weeks. Remove vanilla bean.
