Ingredients/Components
- banana flavoring - 1 tsp
- can condensed milk - 1 item
- small can shredded coconut - 1 item
- sandwich loaf, unsliced bread - 1 item
- blue cake coloring - 1/4 tsp
How to make coconut bread:
Cut bread into oblong shape 2 x 1-inch. Use a teaspoon and put the condensed milk on each side of the bread. Mix the coloring and banana flavoring with the coconut. Spread the coconut over the slices of bread. Place slices on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 250° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot or cold.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Coconut.
