Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp
- chopped nuts optional - 2 c
- brown sugar, packed - 2 c
How to make chocolate pudding cake:
Beat the first 5 ingredients together. Stir in milk, oil and nuts. Spread mixture in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Blend in small bowl the brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle over top of batter. Pour over all 3 cups hot water. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Puddings and mousses.
