Ingredients/Components

  • plain flour
  • 1/2 sticks melted oleo - 1 item
  • chopped pecans - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar
  • container large Cool Whip - 1/2 item
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • milk - 3 c
  • instant chocolate pudding - 2 pkg

How to make chocolate delight:

Mix the first 3 ingredients, pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch oblong pan and bake in 300° oven 30 minutes. Mix next 3 ingredients and beat with mixer and pour into cold crust.

Beat next 3 ingredients until pudding is thick. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture, top with remaining Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
