  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • soft butter - 4 Tbsp
  • cream, whipped - 1 c
  • graham crackers, rolled into crumbs - 10 item
  • Pat into pie tin
  • grated bitter or bitter-sweet chocolate - 2 sq

How to make chocolate chip pie:

Blend crackers with butter. Pat into pie tin.Filling:24 to 30 marshmallows1/2 c. milk1 c. cream, whipped1/2 tsp. vanilla2 sq. grated bitter or bitter-sweet chocolate Heat marshmallows in milk. When marshmallows are melted, cool the mixture. Fold in cream, vanilla and chocolate. Put filling in graham cracker crust lined pie tin. Let stand several hours in refrigerator before serving. You may add nuts (optional). You can use a 9 x 13-inch pan, but the filling will be thinner.
