  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 3 item
  • teriyaki sauce - 1 item
  • Cook chicken slowly in fresh sauce for 20 to 30 minutes at 325°
  • sugar - 3 Tbsp

How to make chicken salad:

Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce overnight. Cook chicken slowly in fresh sauce for 20 to 30 minutes at 325°. Cool chicken, slice it very thin and cut into pieces about 1-inch long. Mix all ingredients together for salad.Dressing:1 c. rice vinegar3 Tbsp. sugar Mix dressing; pour over salad. Toss and serve.
