Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- 1 c - 3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- celery, diced - 1 c
- onion, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
- chicken, cooked and diced - 2 c
- eggs, hard-cooked and chopped - 2 item
- salad dressing mayonnaise type - 1/2 c
How to make chicken-macaroni salad:
Mix ingredients except eggs. Carefully mix in eggs or save them for garnish, if desired. Chill before serving. Calories per serving: about 270. Makes 6 servings, about 1 cup each.In memory of her Grandson, Larry Bramlett.
