Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • whole chicken - 1 item
  • tomato catsup - 3/4 c
  • small onion, sliced - 1 item
  • can sliced carrots - 1 oz

How to make chicken delight:

Bake chicken at 350° until done. Let cool, then debone. Add hot sauce, catsup, lemon juice, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and onion. Mix together and pour over chicken. Add carrots and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
