Cheddar cheese bread
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- Egg Beaters - 1 item
- Skim milk - 1 c
- melted reduced fat margarine - 1 Tbsp
- shredded low-fat Cheddar - 1 c
How to make cheddar cheese bread:
Combine dry ingredients and cheese. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Spread batter in loaf pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool 10 more minutes. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Breads, Oven, Yeast breads.
