- cold water - 1 c
- skim milk - 1 c
- ice cubes - 1/2 c
- instant Espresso
- powdered cinnamon - 1 item
- envelopes no-calorie sweetener - 2 item
How to make cappuccino frost:
Combine milk, Espresso, sweetener, water and ice cubes in blender. Blend until frothy. Fill four 8 ounce glasses with ice cubes. Pour cappuccino over the ice and dust with cinnamon.Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Smoothies.
