  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • diced apples - 4 c
  • nuts pecans - 1 c

How to make california apple cake:

Break eggs over diced apples. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, oil and nuts. Mix with a fork. Mix flour and soda. Add and mix well. Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 55 minutes or Bundt pan for 1 hour plus. Grease and flour pan.
