  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • medium cabbage, shredded - 1 item
  • unbaked pie crusts - 2 item
  • or 6 slices fried bacon, crumbled - 5 item

How to make cabbage pie:

Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Add flour and water. Stir. Add cabbage. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Stir. Pour in crust and top with bacon. Put on top crust. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
