Buttermilk salad
Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 2 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- large box orange jello - 1 item
How to make buttermilk salad:
Heat pineapple to boiling point. Mix in the jello while hot. Allow this to cool. Add 1 cup buttermilk to blend. Add the other cup of buttermilk and the 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Mold and refrigerate. Serves 10 people.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Side dish.
