Butter crunch pie crust
Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 1 c
- chopped nuts or coconut - 1/2 c
How to make butter crunch pie crust:
Mix all together by hand; spread into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 400°. Remove from oven and stir with fork. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to cover bottom and sides. Great for fruit pies or instant jello pudding pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
