Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sweetened whipped cream - 1 item
- egg whites - 3 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- fine chocolate wafer crumbs - 3/4 c
How to make brownie pie:
Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly in lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake in slow oven (325°) for about 35 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Spread top with sweetened whipped cream and chill well, 3 to 4 hours.
